With ASTRAIOS will carry out actions towards a better alignment between the European space sector’s curricula and the skills required by the future EU space sector and develop new material to promote space related jobs and careers, as well as educational material for the Copernicus and Galileo services.

Community of Start-Ups and Scale-Ups – A capacity building process was also initiated through the Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) Peer-to-Peer learning workshops to empower companies with best ESG practices (Book on best ESG practices in the Space Entrepreneurship Ecosystem: Trends, Challenges and Opportunities”).

CASSINI Matchmaking

The CASSINI Matchmaking is connecting 250 EU space business pioneers with corporates and investors around four main thematic topics, to solve their business challenges and address global needs.

  • 12 in-person and 6 online matchmaking events
  • Participation of 250 EU space pioneers in the programme

Horizon 2020 Project

ATLAS

The goal of ATLAS is to achieve a new level of interoperability of agricultural machines, sensors and data services and enable farmers to have full control over their data and decide which data is shared with whom in which place.

AZO’s main contribution to ATLAS is the management of the Open Call for submissions incl. target group analyses, promotion, idea management via a secure database, participants and evaluation management. In addition, AZO supports activities with regards to stakeholder management and ecosystem building as well as project exploitation.

Horizon 2020 Project

OPERTUS MUNDI

Opertus Mundi aims to create a Single Digital Market for Industrial Geospatial Data Assets. It will deliver a trusted, secure, and highly scalable pan-European industrial geospatial data market, that will act as a single-point for the streamlined and trusted discovery, sharing, trading, remuneration, and use of proprietary geospatial data assets. It will provide a central hub for geospatial data that guarantees low costs and flexibility to all users regardless of their size, domain, and expertise.

AZO’s main contribution is the management of the communication, dissemination and exploitation activities. AZO acts as Innovation and Communication Manager being responsible for coordinating and facilitating exploitation actions, ensuring knowledge transfer from innovation to business partners, monitoring the market and direct innovation agenda, assisting the industrial partners with the integration of the project’s output in their business practices.
